This delicious recipe contains our Pure Young Australian Manuka Honey, Lemon and fresh ginger.
Lemon is a rich source of vitamin C which helps with your immune system but is also antibacterial and antiviral. Surprising to most, it also alkaline's the body helping bring your body back to its natural PH levels. Lemon is an anti-inflammatory helping fight sore throats, helps with dental health and may prevent gingivitis
Fresh Ginger is also well known for its anti-inflammatory benefits, also high in antioxidants, can detoxify the body and helps with digestion and nausea.
All in all, this is one powerful great tasting tea that can be enjoyed by everyone
One tablespoon of Pure Young Manuka - If this is to be enjoyed daily MGO 30+ is fine, if you are looking at treating a cold/ sore throat etc I would use either MGO 263+ or MGO 514+
Juice from 1/2 a lemon
5-6 slices of fresh ginger
What to do
Get your favourite tea pot
Boil water and add to the tea pot
Mix all ingredients in the boiled water- add more lemon or ginger to our liking
Sit back, relax and enjoy!
